- Leading the industry with new initiatives, the Concierge team connects guests to a dedicated Web Site before arrival. The site provides insider information about Malaysia – where locals eat, where guests can pick up local products and suggested activities – especially if time is of the essence. Guests can send personal emails to the Concierge team to help tailor an itinerary ahead of the visit. Full Access Transportation is available through the Concierge, which includes transportation to and from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
- A guest initiative unique to One World Hotel is our “ONE Service”. For any guest requests may it be Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage or Concierge service, guests can simply push a special button – the ONE Service – on the guest room telephone and talk to our Customer Service Executive who will then relay the requests to the respective department; as opposed to conventional hotel service where guests need to call the respective department on individual extension for their requests. All guest requests through ONE Service will then be resolved in a timely manner.
