• CONCIERGE
Leading the industry with new initiatives, the Concierge team connects guests to a dedicated Web Site before arrival. The site provides insider information about Malaysia - where locals eat, where guests can pick up local products and suggested activities - especially if time is of the essence. Guests can send personal emails to the Concierge team to help tailor an itinerary ahead of the visit.

Full Access Transportation is available through the Concierge, which includes transportation to and from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

 

• ONE Service
One World Hotel believes strongly in a human touch called “ONE Service”. Guests can simply push a special button on the guest room telephone and talk to a Customer Service Executive who will relay requests to the hotel's service departments for you. We recognize that the guest's time is of significant value; a commodity that is infinitely perishable.


 

• ON SITE PARKING FACILITIES & SERVICES
Our parking provides hotel guests, visitors, restaurant, bar and spa patrons with safe and secure service. Valet service is offered at the entrance of the hotel building at a nominal fee. Elevators to the carpark are conveniently located off the main lobby.


 

• HOTEL SECURITY
The security department of One World Hotel will play a major role in theft prevention and detection by maintaining a close relationship with the police force. Heading the team is the Security Manager who has vast experience with the police taskforce.
