Roasted duck is the affair of the month and to celebrate the star ingredient, Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Choong Chan Hoo will be rolling out four of his masterpieces.

Highlights include the Crispy Duck with Glutinous Rice Taiwanese Style, Deep-Fried Aromatic Duck stuffed with Yam, Roasted Duck served with Assorted Fruits, Rojak Paste topped with Crushed Peanuts and; the Roasted Duck rolled with Egg Crepe Wrap, Cucumber, Spring Onion and Hoisin Sauce.

Priced at RM60.00nett per half bird and RM110.00nett for whole bird
