In his crafted menu, all masterpieces are expertly balanced using fresh and premium ingredients to enhance the natural flavours of each dish to excite the taste buds. The five stellar creations available for lunch or dinner are the Crispy Vietnamese Spring Roll with Shredded Duck and Vegetable, Steamed Stuffed Sea Cucumber with Thai Chilli Sauce, Double Boiled Dumpling Soup with Sea Cucumber and the Siakap Fish in Traditional Style or with Spicy Sauce served in Claypot.
